Open During Construction - Gretchen's Hallmark is open during the escalator construction project. For best access, park on the northwest corner of the center near Dillard's and enter the main mall entrance which leads directly to the store. If inside the center, utilize the elevator near Carter's or escalators inside JCPenney or Dillard's to access the Upper Level. Thank you for your patience!
